Premier Club Rules & Regulations
Premier Club membership is free.
In order to join/participate in the Premier Club you must be 21 years or older.
One Premier Club account per person is permitted.
Photo identification, acceptable to Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, will be required for membership registration, to claim promotional prizes, change a personal identification number (PIN), and for obtaining any information on the account holder.
Premier cards are considered property of Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge and must be returned upon request.
Premier Club members are responsible for notifying Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge of name or address changes in person or in writing.
Premier Club members may earn Points based on slot play with their card properly inserted or live table games play. Premier card must be presented at the table prior to play or wager. Please visit the Premier Club for details.
Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge is not responsible for untracked play due to improper insertion of card or player neglect.
Points will automatically expire after six months of gaming inactivity.
Premier Club members earn Tier Credits. When enough Tier Credits are earned, members will be upgraded to the next tier level. Members will keep that tier level for the remainder of the current year and all of the next year.
When participating in the Premier Club, a participant agrees to and accepts all rules, terms, and conditions of this and all promotions associated with Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge.
Premier cards are non-transferable and are to be used by the individual to whom the card is issued. Misuse of this card may result in immediate revocation and loss of any Premier Club privileges and benefits.
Any Premier Club card, voucher, or certificate that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, is illegible or reproduced by any means other than its official Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge authorization is void.
In addition, Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to void any Premier Club card, voucher, or certificate at any time in its sole discretion.
Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge reserves the right to change and/or modify rules and rewards without notice.
Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge employees are not permitted to participate.
By accepting the Premier card, you are accepting all of the preceding guidelines.
